In this video you’ll hear from those speaking in support of peoples right of choice, notably in regards to the vaccine. As well, we spoke with a nearby restaurant employee, to get his thoughts on the situation unfolding just down the street from the restaurant he works at.

Luckily, the owner of Without Papers Pizza, Jesse, was also in attendance. While there, we were able to hear his thoughts on the support being shown outside the now-closed restaurant, as well as his concise message to the silent majority.

Arizona Requests Temporary Restraining Order to Halt Biden Vaccine Mandate

Arizona’s attorney general has filed a request for a temporary restraining order to halt President Joe Biden’s (D) administration from implementing a vaccine requirement while a lawsuit filed in September moves ahead.

“Once a vaccine has been administered, it can never be undone,” Attorney General Mark Brnovich said in a statement, Fox News reported on Friday.

“The COVID-19 vaccine mandate is one of the greatest infringements upon individual liberty, federalism, and the separation of powers by any administration in our country’s history,” he added.

Arizona sued last month after Biden announced a measure to require federal workers and private sector workers in businesses with over 100 employees be vaccinated or take a coronavirus test every week.

The measure was expected to affect more than 100 million citizens.

“I think it’s really important in times of crisis that we protect the Constitution and be even more vigilant when it comes to protecting our rights,” Brnovich said in a video posted on Friday:

Brnovich went on to say:

The bottom line is this, whether you want to get the vaccine should be your choice. The federal government should never ever tell anyone what they have to put into their bodies, and we want to make sure that no president, now or in the future, ever has that unfettered discretion to tell you what to do.

Arizona’s lawsuit highlights the contrast between mandates and the lack of them for people entering the country illegally over the southern border, according to the Fox article.

“The lawsuit argues that the mandate violates the Equal Protection Clause by allegedly favoring migrants who have come into the country illegally over American citizens,” the report continued:

On Friday, Brnovich’s office requested a temporary restraining order to immediately halt the mandates – arguing that it is necessary due to vaccination deadlines, which are likely to pass before the filing for a preliminary injunction is heard fully.

In an amended complaint filed alongside the request for a temporary restraining order, the AG argues that mandates violate the constitutional rights of workers and that it mandates the right to refuse vaccines available under Emergency Use Authorizations — only the Pfizer vaccine has so far been approved by the FDA.

In a video posted October 15, Brnovich assured viewers his office was going to do “everything we can to stop the unconstitutional vaccine mandates coming out of the Biden administration”:

“We’re going to continue to fight for you and every hard-working taxpayer in this country,” he concluded.

FULL VIDEO: Man picks fight with Avi Yemini and instantly regrets it

Remove Ads

The past 24 hours have been quite entertaining.

Since footage surfaced yesterday of a man picking a fight with me while I was covering a lockdown protest, I have witnessed my haters unite against me despite lacking context, lead-up, or mic audio from the incident.

This video will set the record straight

On Friday, a group of primarily nurses and teachers marched around the vicinity of parliament to protest mandatory vaccinations.

As always, I was there to cover the march for Rebel News.

At one point, the rally marched past several outdoor diners, mostly without incident. However, as I walked past one restaurant, a man dining outside pointed at me and began to swear.

So I walked up to him to give him a chance to tell the world why he thinks it’s okay to curse at a journalist while he’s doing his job.

As I approached, a woman from a nearby table joined in and began to verbally attack me.

That’s when things got heated.

It’s funny how people that instigate these confrontations always cry victim at the end.

You truly never know what can happen at one of these protests.

Sure, I see a lot of friendly supporters in the crowd, but there are always people like these folks who are ready to pick a fight simply because they disagree with me telling the other side of the story.

I’m glad my security was there again to keep me safe from my haters. He’s a class act and continues to keep me out of danger.

If you agree that Daniel acted professionally in protecting me, please consider chipping in to pay his bills at SupportAvi.com

Moments like this are a good reminder of why I need security by my side. How much worse could this have turned out if Daniel wasn’t there to keep me safe? If you would like to chip in a few dollars to help cover the costs of my excellent security guard, please click here or visit SupportAvi.com

He Kills 3 Innocent Tourists Because of This

Tourists
Tourists

This man made a terrible mistake and he killed three innocent tourists due to one horrible decision that he will definitely regret. Apparently, the party boy lifestyle can absolutely have some unforeseen consequences. This was a horrific crash that went unnoticed back in January, but it is now making news yet again.

It was an individual behind the wheel of a speeding Lamborghini Urus, and he plowed into a concrete pillar in Hialeah, Florida. This resulted in a spectacular explosion, fiery in all of its hideous glory, and enough to make any special effects wizard in Hollywood proud. Except this was captured on video surveillance, and sadly, it was real-life.

They have now released a toxicology report that demonstrates that the 30-year-old New Jersey man who was driving the Lamborghini that crashed and killed these tourists did it because of one thing and one thing only: intoxication. That’s right. This man died in the wreck, killing his two passengers and these tourists because he was drunk on alcohol and painkillers.

This wreck occurred on January 17th during the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend, with visitors flooding into Florida from a tremendous number of locations from other states in an attempt to escape their COVID-19 restrictions. At the time, the crash had escaped the attention of the media.

The Hialeah police reported that this rented Lamborghini was speeding down East 10th Avenue near the intersection with 25th when the vehicle lost control and slammed head-on into a concrete commuter train pillar.

“Upon impact with the concrete pillar, [the SUV] exploded into flames and partially disintegrated,” as noted by a Hilaleah police traffic crash report. Law enforcement officials believe that the vehicle had been traveling in excess of 100 miles per hour just prior to the crash.

To make matters worse, the driver, a father of two from New Brunswick, New Jersey, was ejected from this top-notch SUV. His two passengers – a 26-year-old New Jersey man and a 27-year-old Georgia man – were also traffic fatalities almost instantly in the wreck.

The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s office issued a toxicology report that showed that the driver had bodily fluid alcohol content levels in excess of .10 and .12, way above the legal limit.

Toxicology tests also revealed that he had the presence of oxycodone, a powerful painkiller that continues to contribute to a nationwide opioid addiction debacle in this country. The mother of one victim was reached by the Herald several weeks later and she declined to comment. Moreover, the owner of the rented 2019 Lamborghini couldn’t be reached for comment, even though vehicles such as his will often retail for over $200,000.

President Biden Delays Release of JFK Assassination Records, Blaming Pandemic

The United States will delay the release of records connected to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and officials claimed the coronavirus pandemic is to blame.

The decision was announced in a memo signed by President Joe Biden and issued from the White House on Friday, the New York Post reported Saturday.

“Temporary continued postponement is necessary to protect against identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or the conduct of foreign relations that is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in immediate disclosure,” Biden said.

The announcement continued:

In the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 (44 U.S.C. 2107 note) (the “Act”), the Congress declared that “all Government records concerning the assassination of President John F. Kennedy . . . should be eventually disclosed to enable the public to become fully informed about the history surrounding the assassination.”  The Congress also found that “most of the records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy are almost 30 years old, and only in the rarest cases is there any legitimate need for continued protection of such records.”

The Act permits the continued postponement of disclosure of information in records concerning President Kennedy’s assassination only when postponement remains necessary to protect against an identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or the conduct of foreign relations that is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in disclosure.

The National Archives and Records Administration recently ruled that “unfortunately, the pandemic has had a significant impact on the agencies,” and it needed more time to research the material and “maximize the amount of information released,” according to the statement.

The more sensitive information will be released in December 2022 and material deemed “appropriate for release to the public” will be released on December 15 of this year, the Post report added.

Per the recent order, all of the records will be digitized.

Kennedy was assassinated while driving through Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963.

“As their vehicle passed the Texas School Book Depository Building at 12:30 p.m., Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly fired three shots from the sixth floor, fatally wounding President Kennedy and seriously injuring Governor Connally,” according to History.com.

Kennedy was pronounced dead 30 minutes after the incident at Parkland Hospital. He was 46-years-old, the site read.

Ethereum can aim for $6,500 over the next few months BUT…

With Bitcoin snapping a fresh ATH above $67,000, market observers now awaited the world’s largest altcoin- Ethereum, to enforce a similar outcome. Currently challenging the upper trendline of its horizontal channel, Ethereum awaited a 60% run up from the breakout point, bringing its price close to $7K.

However, a failed breakout attempt could transpire into some heavy losses for ETH. Bearish divergences along the RSI and MACD presented dangers ahead if bulls are unable to clear the $4,400-mark with conviction. At the time of writing, ETH traded at $4,083, down by 2.5% over the last 24 hours.

Ethereum Daily Chart

Source: ETH/USD, TradingView

Ethereum’s three distinctive highs around $4,300 along with three lows around $1,700 indicated a horizontal channel on the charts. Since early May, ETH has respected the boundaries of this pattern, witnessing a reversal after touching its extreme ends.

Now since Aug 4, bulls have maintained ETH above the mid-line of the channel. An inverse head and shoulder took shape above $2,700 ETH prepared for an upwards breakout and a possible 58% hike based on the highest and lowest points of the pattern.

However, a closer look at some of its indicators presented a rather disconcerting picture. For instance, the RSI formed four lower peaks from early-May to late-October and highlighted a bit of a bearish divergence with respect to ETH’s price action.

Such lower peaks were also evident on the MACD. Based on such readings, ETH would face difficulty in challenging $4,400 and head back to the mid-line at $2,700 if the RSI and MACD fail to break their upper trendlines.

However, bulls can take heart from the Awesome Oscillator’s trajectory which indicated no such threats. A move above $4,400 was very much within the realms of possibility and could even transpire as soon as the broader market turns risk on.

Conclusion

ETH looked set to breakout north of its horizontal channel and target $6,500 over the next few months. However, if RSI and MACD remain restricted below their upper trendlines, ETH would be staring at the barrel of a 35% sell-off back towards the $2,700-mark.

Biden town hall prompts ‘Beavis and Butthead’ comparisons

NY POST

President Biden is being dragged on social media after a moment in his CNN town hall performance that has users comparing him to the cartoon “Beavis and Butthead.”

While listening to a question from CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Biden stood on the stage with his arms bent in front of him and fists closed. Dozens of netizens took to Twitter sharing an image of Biden in the position along with a picture of Beavis, who is known for the trademark jittery pose.

Mining Firm Titan Introduces Lumerin, a Project Aiming to Commodify Bitcoin’s Hashpower

On October 21, the bitcoin mining pool operator Titan revealed a new decentralized hashpower routing protocol called Lumerin. The open-source project aims to commodify bitcoin’s hashpower “through smart contracts, making hashpower tradable.”

Bloq’s Mining Arm Titan Announces the Lumerin Protocol

The bitcoin mining operation Titan, a subsidiary of the company Bloq Inc., has announced its decentralized hashpower routing protocol, “Lumerin.” Titan says that bitcoin mining companies “tend to be concentrated in regions that offer cheap electricity, favorable regulation, and stable infrastructure” and it aims to solve centralization via software. The idea is to commodify bitcoin’s processing power and security by leveraging smart contracts.

Mining Firm Titan Introduces Lumerin, a Project Aiming to Commodify Bitcoin’s Hashpower

“The Lumerin Protocol will allow companies and individuals to buy, sell, and deliver hashpower, achieving decentralization through open market dynamics,” Titan’s announcement details. “Furthermore, by making hashpower a transferrable digital commodity, the Lumerin Protocol will provide a foundation for hashpower financialization as well as lending, custody, OTC, and trading services.”

Titan Is Looking for Strategic Partners, Announcement Mentions ‘Other Proof-of-Work Hashpower Products’

Titan was co-founded by the company’s CEO Ryan Condron, former Bitcoin core developer Jeff Garzik, and the founding partner of Tally Capital, Matthew Roszak. Condron says that Titan is a significant development in the bitcoin mining space and it aims to partner with industry leaders as well.

“The new Lumerin brand and clear solution set definitions will support us in providing leading-edge advances that support the Bitcoin mining ecosystem. Titan is providing significant development effort and time to the Lumerin open source project and is actively looking for strategic partners to join us in developing this technology further,” Condron remarked.

While Titan’s other operations will retain the Titan brand, the newly introduced Lumerin open source project will have different software solutions. The announcement details that the project will establish a Lumerin Proxy Node, Lumerin Token, and Lumerin Wallet.

“As a result of these changes, we can now move forward with our vision to create a trustless peer-to-peer global marketplace for bitcoin mining and other proof-of-work hashpower products,” Condron said in a statement. “This will allow anyone to harness the power of crypto through bitcoin mining in a decentralized way,” the Titan CEO added.

Alberta redacts entire Pastor Tim Stephens document release

Remove Ads

We have a brand new access to information document to show you about the arrest and incarceration of Pastor Tim Stephens.

The bad news is that all I can show you is 18 pages of nothing.

Now for those of you who may not know, Pastor Tim Stephens has been plagued by public health authorities harassing Fairview Baptist church in Calgary, Alberta when the church did not turn away congregants to meet the government’s ever-changing capacity limits and COVID restrictions for places of worship.

Police entered the church during services and arrested Tim, not once but twice, the first time after Sunday services and then later in front of his kids, when he was held in the Calgary Remand jail for weeks.

Pastor Tim is being represented by the great lawyers from the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms. And our team has been there at Fairview Baptist almost from the beginning.

So naturally, I wanted to know who was making the decisions to torment the Fairview Baptist congregation and leave the innocent Stephens children with the lifelong trauma of seeing their father taken away in handcuffs for the crime of opening his church.

With my investigation into the treatment of Pastor Tim, I didn’t get a huge bill or an enormous delay, I got something equally as frustrating but also equally as motivating to keep
me curious.

I did get 18 pages emailed to me. But those pages are all redacted. There is quite literally nothing to see here.

We are appealing and we will appeal until we get these documents and we can show you what was being said and planned about Pastor Tim.

But these sorts of constant appeals are expensive, we have a researcher who files for them and deals with the paperwork for us, and then helps us go through the volumes of documents when we finally do get them.

If you would like to fund our ongoing access to information investigation into the Alberta government’s treatment of these pastors, please donate today at RebelInvestigates.com.
