Taiwan media reported on Dec. 2nd that an emergency drill was held in China’s Fujian Province on Nov. 30th for a major power outage event, covering four areas in Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Ningde. CCP officials said the drill is to simulate a massive power outage caused by a combination of a super typhoon and external damage. But the so-called “external sabotage”, is one of the factors that cannot help but to spark the outside world to speculate that the CCP is preparing for war.

It is reported that the exercise was sponsored by the Fujian Provincial Emergency Command. The local media said that Fujian Province launched a two-level emergency response, the exercise is divided into four stages: monitoring and warning, response initiation, disposal and rescue and response finalization.

Many netizens believe that Communist China’s claim of responding to the effects of the typhoon is just an excuse to deal with power outages caused by possible warfare in the Taiwan Strait, which is the purpose of the drill.
